Andy and Nayel Ashkar are scheduled to be in Onondaga County Court, where Judge Joseph Fahey is expected to issue his verdict Wednesday.
Andy Ashkar is charged with criminal possession of stolen property. Both he and his older brother are also charged with conspiracy. Their non-jury trial ended Friday.
Prosecutors say Andy Ashkar stole the winning ticket from maintenance worker Robert Miles in 2006, then held it for nearly six years before trying to cash it.
The Ashkars' father, Nayef, owns the store that sold the ticket. He's also charged with conspiracy and has a separate trial scheduled for September.
