is an American born country music artist and a song writer who is renowned across the globe as the Celine Dion of country music. She was born in the July of 1966, in a small town Sharon, situated in the state of Kansas. She had a good voice from the beginning and was interested in music from the start. After graduating from high school, she got a scholarship for a local college. She attended that college for just one semester and left soon to pursue her musical career. She signed a contract with RCA records in the year 1992 and released her first album entitled The time has come. It was after the release of her fourth album, entitled Evolution in the year 1997 that she started gaining popularity. This was her first album to make a place on the bill board charts. She has made a place for herself in the Hollywood scene with her superb voice and beautiful and heart throbbing country music.
