Mohan started off his career when he joined the St. Joseph’s College of Commerce that is located at Banglore. He earned his bachelor’s degree in the field of commerce. After completing that, he changed his field of study and worked hard for another three years to earn a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB). He got this qualification from the renowned Bangalore University. He is along with being a lawyer, a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Therefore his educational background is very strong. In the year 1994, he joined the organization Infosys and became a board member in the year 2000. Eversince that, he has served as a Member of its Board. He was the leading financial person of the organization from the year 1994 to 2006. In the year 2006, wanting to put his attentions more towards the human resources and educational fields, he left the financial officer post. As the Chief Financial Officer of the company, he worked fortransforming Infosys into one of the world’s most renowned and respected software services companies. He was the major player in branding the company and enhancing transparency and disclosure levels to nullify all sorts of legal problems that might come their way. Under his reign, the company’s financial status has been very consistent and has won awards for that. He remains an integral part of this company. In the year 2001, he was honored with the award of being the best chief financial officer in the country. He received the same honor the next year except that it was in all Asia. He is among the most successful men in the country and has flourished in every field. He is also involved with many charities in the country to serve the people and to make this world a better place.
